Decision that the sale of plans and estimates of Government Buildings in Delhi to Indian States, Private individuals and Public Bodies, may be made at a charge of 5/ of the estimated cost of the building concerned and that the Government Architect and his staff are not entitled to any share of the proceeds of such sale.
