C.L.W. Workmen's Compensation Act 1923; Question whether the Apprentices recruited on old scales of pay or those recruited on the scales of pay specified in the Apprentices Act would be governed by the provisions of Workmen' s Compensation Act. Decision that apprentice who died as a result of an accident on 26-6-64 was presumbly an apprentice in a designated trades but under the definition of 'apprentice' he must have also undergone training in pursuance of a contract of apprenticeship as contemplated in section 4 of the Apprentices Act, 1961. If the Apprenticeship was not engaged under a contract of apprenticeship registered with the Apprenticeship Adviser, he would not be entitled to the benefit of section 16 of the Act
