In place of the warrant officer of the Supply and Transport Corps, whose terms of service expire in the summer of 1911, a selected officer of the Supply and Transport Corps is appointed as a temporary measure for two years to serve in the Gilgit Agency as an Assistant to the Supply and Transport Officer on Special Duty in Kashmir.
