In continuation of his reports regarding the unsettled States that the Bootan people have destroyed three rafts which they had constructed before and are supposed to be constructing other opposite our own frontier. He has sent out spies to find out the whereabouts of these Rafts and has made the Magistrate of Julpigoree acquainted with the information-
