A Bhootea Refugee at Darjeeling. - Submitting for the consideration and orders of the Government of India, copy of a letter from the Commissioner of Cooch Behar, reporting that a Bhootea of rank having with his family taken refuge at Darjeeling, has asked to be allowed to reside there during the present season, and to settle eventually near Dumsong in British territory.
