Accepting his proposal to appoint Major Graham, Deputy Commissioner of Durrung, to be Commissioner to settle the boundary between British territory and Bhutan; and stating that the Survey Department will be asked to depute a surveyor to assist Major Graham and the Commissioner of Cooch Behar requested to arrange for the presence of a Bhootea Agent at the border and to provide a Bhootea interpreter.
