(1) Sanction to a daily allowance of R10 to His Majesty's Consul for Arabistan. (2) Approval of the Government of India to a proposal for placing His Majesty's Consul for Arabistan and his establishment on the same footing as other Consuls and their establishments under thwe Bushire Residency, as regards daily allowance and the supply of transport animals. (3) Decision that the Consul for Arabistan should have full discretion to spend the grant for office allowance and to vary the scale of charges under this head from time to time and that all establishment paid from the office allowance will be non-successor to any fixed recurring charge
