Ruling that when officer of the Bombay army may be return from furlough to rejointheir regts under the order of court granting them of free passage from England they will also be entitled a free passage from Bombay to the port mearest to the station of their Regt to which they can proceed by water marching from the place of landing to join at their own expense.
