Intimating that 5 officers, were appointed to the charge of the Invalids, of Her majestry service, proceedings, via ferozepore and Bombay to England and that 2 of thenm in arrival at Bombay were found to be unfit from ill healths for any duty a 4th offices was appointed by the Bombay govt, at an Expense to the state of 1200 rupees non offorded has no objection to 4 officer going home curtt the detachements, but has deemed it proper to acquaint, to C.in C with what has occurred as it may possibly her in His Excy. opinion necessary to require whether Sing, and Davis were before leaving ferozepore in a stated which presented them from performing duty with the invalid which formed the Condition of their being Granted Govt. allowances, and free passage and ca to Bombay.
