With advertance to Military Department docket No 119 of 21st April reports on the commnfrom the Dy, Adjutant General of the army, suggesting for approval that the grantuities awarded to European non commissioned officers of Native corps, in which savings bank do not exist may be deposited in the Government savings bank.
