Proposed extension of the facilities for the direct transfer of their accounts from the Indian to the British Post Office Savings Bank which are at present given to non-commissioned officers and privates of the British Army in India on the active list and their families, to all pensioned non-commissioned officers and privates and their wives, widows and minor children without distinction as to the accounts opened before the men left the army and those opened after that date.
