With reference to the Communication made from the Foreign Deptt. the 30th August last transmits copy correspondence with the Superintendent Electric Telegraphs Authorizing him to accept of the resign of the appoint held by Serjeant Burken in the Electric Telegraphs Deptt. of Head Assistant in the indour office.
