To Superintendant Electric Telegraph - With reference to his letter datd the 11th November last regarding the suggestion of the Director General Post Office , Makes a similar communication a the foregoing and adds that the Governments of Bengal, Madras and Bombay have been requested to have subsidiary arrang currents made for the supply of stamps to the Electric Telegraph Department - Under proper cheaks and desires him to submit for approval Rules he proposes to pass for the guidance of his subordinates to whom stamps may be entended for rule & for the due payment of their value into the Public Treasurey.
