Petition from Beboher Natha & 6 others Shephards Bombay - States that in October 1858 they were Compelled to pay at Ahmedabad a duty on Ghre worth Rs. 2 which they brought for sale. That they first appealid to the Dafturdar and Sudder Ameen and subsequently to the Municipal Committee but without avail prays that the Governor General will take their case into consideration & order the discountinuance of the levy of such a duty.
