With reference to correspondence noted, forwards copy of a letter from the Commissioner of Meerut, with a Report from the Joint Secretaries of the Meerut Relief Fund, from which it appears that a scheme similar to the Allahabad Charitable Association has already been in operation at Meerut for about two years, and carried out with considerable success.
