To Secretary from the Secretary with the Governor General - With reference to the rewards in grants of land either entirely or in part rent free that may be made for good service to those who aided the British Government during the late disturbances it is desirable that there grants be comforred by a # deed with a condition making the continuance of the Grant depecpemt on the good conduct of the grantee and successus the holding being resumable in case of any violation of they condition.
