To Secretary from the Secretary with the Governor General with reference to the reward in grants of land either entirely or in part rent free that may be made for good services to those who aided the British Government during the late distrubances it is desirable that these grants be conferred by a written deed with a condition making the continuance of the grant dependent on the good conduct of the grantee and successers the holoing being resumable in case of any violation of this comdition.
