To Secretary -connectes extract paras 10 and 108 of Court Dispatch No. 138 of 1858 dated 30th August relative to the rules for the examination of Junior Civil Servants on that Presidency and requests that a report on the points therein adverted to may be submitted for the condinuance of this Government.
