Read a Despatch from the Right Honble the Secretary of State for India, No. 78, dated the 11th August requesting that in future all letters to the Home Aughorities be transmitted in duplicate, with their relative encloures, and calling for a report on the reductions which may be effected on the Several Office Establishment consequent on the doption of this arrangement.
