Recommends charge in the title of Director of the Ganges Cannal, and Superintendent Canals North West Provinces into that of Superintendent General of Works of Irrigation North West Provinces Recommends also that Mr.Lagin the Unconvenanted Deputy Superintendent allowed one years # on private officers drawing half his Salary.
