Read a letter from C. Ster Esquire Commissioner of Cereuit 26th D. dated 2nd July stating that no order has yet been passed on his previons communication of the 20th April wherin he suggested certain amendments in the rules for the management of the Post Office ontained in List No. 2 apponded to those Rules.
