M. W. Towuserrd Esquire - Proposes to reduce all records published by the five Government of India to easonable dimensions to present all the information now soattered over India in a Condensed and reedable form to compare whem expedient the information from different Pradies and add whom necessary comparative Statistics from European a number of the publication comprising usually 120 per month 8 tobe issued every quarter but as it is vain to offer such a work to the India Public proposes that the Government of India should subscribe for 1000 Copies @ 2/8 per number or for 500 Copies at 4 Rs. a number should Government accept this offer asks that a copy of all records published by all the Government may be placed at his disposal.
