To Secretary - With reference to the receipt on the 8th of the special Bengal Narrative No. 9 of 1856 dated 7th instant and connected papers regarding the Sonthal insurrection and which wwere forwarded in the same day to the Honble Court thro the Post Office, points out the course which should be adopted in future in forwarding enclosures to letter as the transmission of the despatch above referred to thro the Post Office will retail a heavy charge for postage on the card.
