With refer to Para 42 to 44 requests that the speration of Sea 2nd act n. XXX VII of 1855 may be watched in respect to the double Jurisdistion thereby acated over Civil Suits in the sonthal Pergh. and that the authorities of the local Tribunals and the Judges and Principal sudder amssns of the District of Bhamgulpore Bcorbhoom and Morchedabad may be instructed tobring to notice any attcompt made to evade the Juridiction of the Sonthah Pergh.
