To Director General Post Office - In continuation of letter dated 19 th instant forwards the above communication and requests that prompts and effectual steps be taken for reorganizing the Postal service on the time between Chittagang and Ahyab and preventing the irragularities and abuses complained of by the Commissioner And community of Arrocan Desires at the same time that the Post Master of Chittagang and Ahyab who are principally to flame in the matter be called upon the respectively the former for the selection of parcels and letters and the latter for the inefficient state of the road establishment for a full explanation of their weight and the Post Master General for permatting such neglect to go on uncheked and unfinished which the Director General is to submit with his own opinion for consideration tenders.
