To Agent Hill Tracts of Orissa - With reference to his letter of the 20th April last states that the Governor General in C. has been pleased to authorize him to pay to the Rd. J. Stubbins Rs. 1000 for translating into English a Dictionary of the Khond languages on the completion of the book.
