Secretary - Reports the result of the arrangements made for the introduction of Act 26 of 1850 in the Town of Vellore and its Suburbs and solicits the opinion of the Governement of India as to whether the propostion of rate payers who have voted is to be taken as Sufficiently expressive of the wishes of the Inhabitants for the introduction of the Act.
