Officiating Under Secretary - In reply to letter of 23rd August states that Government is about to propose to Mr. Mills to introduce into the Leg. Cl.a Bill to Annual Act 26 of 1850, by making the taxation which under that Act # with the Inhabitants of Towns compolsory at all events upon the inhabitants of Zillah Stations and of Towns immediately adjacent of such Stations.
