Secretary - Submits a letter from Mr. Berroick Civil Surgeon of Beerbhoom respecting assistant Surgeon being allowed an Examination in the orieutal lauguages at the College and the College Councils opinion that it is desirable to encourage Civil Surgeons to prosecute the Stuedy of Oreental languages for Sudder Aumeers etc.
