To Officiating Secretary - Mr. R. P. Martior having requested permission to resign the Civil service of the E. J. Coy. and hasing forwarded copy of a letter addressed to him by the Com. of the allahabad Division requests to be furnished with a report of the circumstances under which Mr. Martin application is made and to state with in the Lieutt. Governors opinion it is one which orght to be complied with desires who that Mr. Martin may be call upon to submits the usual Certificate of No demands from the accountant and Civil auditor and in the # of there being any demands against him in the Public books to - wish the necessary security or guarantee for the adjustment of the same.
