To General Commitee - With reference to the Treasry Orders issued on account of the expences of the Fhindoo Madrrisa and Benares Colleges for the preset month, States that the conversion from Sicca to companys Rupees has been effected at the intrusic par and intimates that it is not intended that the Committee should deem itself under obligation to adopt the same principle in regulating the allowances of Officers & establishemtns paid from the Fund in Sicca Rupes etc.
