Representation from the President, Maclagan Engineering College Sikh Association, Lahore, regarding the appointment of non-Sikhs to vacancies intended to be filled by Sikhs in the Superior Telegraph Engineering Branch. (Case of Mr. Kinra.) Proposed adoption of the principle that when a conversion has been resent Govt. should require strong proof that the conversion in sincere and unconverted with the material benfits of the appointment.
