Cheif Secretary Fort St. George - Transmits Copy of a Letter from the Commissioners of the Carnatic requesting in consequence of the great increase of business the appointment of two additional assistants to the establishment of their office, and that the Vice President in Council will be pleased to state how far it may be proper and conuenient to comply with the suggestion.
