To Chief Secretary - Requesting that the Honble the Governor in Council will be pleased to order a qualified person from the Madras Asylum to be sent to the Governor of the Free School at Calcutta for the purpose of instructing the poor children according to the system invented by the late Resident Dr. Bell & in use at the Asylum.
