Letter from the President and Council of Fort St. George , transmitting accounts of the rum and biscuit sent to them from Bengal complaining of the inferior quality to the letter and intimating that they have extended the period of receiving money into their Treasury for bills of exchange on the Court of Directors up to the 1st September.
