Copy of a letter from the Governor-General in Council at Fort St. George to the Supercargoes at Canton, respecting certain sums of money advanced in 1794-1795, adding the balance due to them from Bengal is to be adjusted to Bengal, intimating that additional supplies may be sent from the three Presidencies, giving them terms on which they are entitled to draw money on Bengal, and mentioning that they have authorized Mr. G.M. Busson to pay a sum into their treasury.
