Letter fromthe President and Council of Bombay , intimating that they have drawn certain bils of exchange and authorised the Chief and Council at Surat ot draw a bill for rupees 25,000 and enclosing a register of bills, an extract from a letter from the Court of Directors, a minute of the President of Bombay and the account of adcances made to the Bengal Army.
