Copy of a letter from Mr. G. Tyler to Messrs. Louis and Morris, authorising them to grant Mr. Kerbert a full discharge of any claim if he agrees to deliver up the ship and the bill of sale, and agreeing to abide by the arbitration of any two persons in respect of all other matters of accounts between him and Mr. Kerbert.
