The board decided that where both husband and wife are in the Govt. employment including railway and are transferred at the same time or within 6 month of his/her transfer, form on and the same old station to the one and the some new station either of these may claim transfer TA other having treated as member of his/her family not government employment - on furnishing the certificate conditioned in Board's letter no. F(E)59/AL28/13 dated 14.7.60
