1. Decision that the service rendered in Station Committee up to 1-4-1950 will be taken into account for the purpose of pension to the same extent as it would count for the purpose of grant of special contribution to Provident Fund. 2. Decision that the period of apprenticeship of service Railway servants who are appointed as apprentices and thereafter absorbed permanently in the Post/service for which they were apprentices, should be treated as dies non. 3. Decision also that a pensionable Railway servant who is re-employed during post superannuation leave and is retired prior to 13.6.59 (the date of issue of railway Board's letter No. F(E)59LE1/(1) dated 13-6-59) will not count the carried forward portion of the unexpired refused leave availed of on the termination of re-employment for pension
