The Board decided that where both husband and wife are in the Govt. employment including railway and are transferred at the same time or within 6months of his/her transfer, from and the same old station to the one and the same new station either of these may claim transfer TA other having treated as member of his/her family not Government employment-on furnishing the certificate conditioned in Board's letter No. F(E)59/AL28/13 dated 14.7.60
