Decision that immediately on receipt of a letter from a Governors Secretary forwarding a Provincial Bill for submission for the orders of the Governer General a copy of the Bill together with the duplicate copy of the forwarding letter should be supplied tot he administrative Deptt. conerned for the examination of the subject-matters of the Bill.
