Proposal that the pay of the Director General of the Post Office of India be increased from Rs. 3,000-100-3,500 a month, and that Sir Arthur Fashawe, who has administered the Department for a period of more than 13 years, be allowed to draw the maximum of Rs. 3,500 a month from the date of receipt of sanction.
