Continuance to the 31st December 1900 of the higher rate of local allowances to the employes of the Public Works and Telegraph Departments, on salaries not exceeding Rs.150 a month, serving in the Myitkyina District, Burma, and continuance to the same date of the local allowances to officers of the Civil Department serving in the same district.
