In reply to No.142, dated the 6th July, reports, for information, that no correspondence exists in his Office relative to the employment of convicts at Mohtoor in the culture of coffee and patatoes, but forwards copy of correspondence respecting the employment of Chinese convicts on that work.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
