With reference to his letter, No. 16, dated 25th October last, observes that by the custom of civilized States all decrees of Civil tribunals are executed even by completely Foreign Courts, and enquires whether he has any reason to suppose that His Highness the Nizam objects to the Small Cause Court at Secunderabad executing decrees of the British Indian Courts.
