Decision that the extra remuneration for Resident Clerks (might duty clerks) of duty only and not on a monthly basis, is of the nature of honorarium and not pay as defined in Fundamental Rule 9 (21 amendment of the definition of honorarium in F.R. 9 (a) to --- intermittent payment of the native of might duty allowed protection of the interests of parsons who were appointed as Resident clerks before the Govt. Nov. 1940).
