Might duty allowance-Decision that in the case of person appointed as resident clerks in certain Deptt. Of the Govt. of India Secretariat and some of its attached officers from a date prior to 8th Nov. 1940 the remuneration-formally classed as special pay but now classed as honorarium will be considered “pay” for the purpose of F.R. 9(21) “actual Pay” for the purpose of S.R. 17 or “Duty allowance” under Article 23-G, C.S.R. for the regulation of leave salary , T.A. and pension.
