With reference to endorsement hence, No. 2837, dated 14th October 1865, forwards, for information and for communication to the Sanitary Commission for Bengal of Jails, Lower Provinces, on certain Rules drawn up by the late President of the sanitary commission, proposed to be observed in Jails on the occurrence of certain epidemic diseases specified.
