With reference to No. 5012, dated 28th ultimo, relative to the appointment of a Public Prosecutor for the conduct of criminal cases in the Calcutta High Court, reports having engaged the services of a gentlemen who is now on his way from England, and having also made arrangements for taking up the work on the 1st of December.
